Rockstar App Solutions, LLC built LiveTunes as a music and audio enhancement app for iPhone and iPad. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

LiveTunes may collect the following categories of information:

  • App usage information, such as screens viewed, features used, subscription-related actions, and general in-app activity.
  • Device and diagnostic information, such as device type, operating system version, app version, and crash or performance data.
  • Subscription and purchase status, such as whether you have an active subscription or restored purchase entitlement.
  • Imported file information, such as audio file names, metadata, and local file references needed for app functionality when you choose to import songs or audio files.

How We Use Information

  • operate and improve LiveTunes
  • enable app features and subscription access
  • analyze feature usage and performance
  • debug crashes and technical issues
  • respond to support requests and feedback
  • understand how users interact with the app so we can improve the experience

Analytics

LiveTunes may use analytics tools, including Firebase Analytics, to better understand how users interact with the app. These tools may collect information such as app opens, screen views, feature engagement, device information, and other usage data.

This information is used in aggregate to improve the app, evaluate product features, and measure interest in certain parts of the experience, including subscription-related screens and featured content.

Imported Audio and Music Access

LiveTunes allows you to work with music and audio that is available on your device or imported by you through supported sources such as the Files app, iCloud Drive, Dropbox, or similar providers.

Audio files you import are used only to provide app functionality, such as playback, enhancement, setlist creation, and export features. We do not sell your imported audio files, and we do not access files unless needed to perform the functions you request inside the app.

Subscriptions and Purchases

LiveTunes offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and may also support restoring prior purchases. Subscription billing and payment processing are handled by Apple through your App Store account. We do not receive your full payment card or billing details.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information with trusted service providers only when needed to operate the app, such as:

  • analytics providers
  • crash reporting or diagnostics services
  • email or support tools used to respond to your requests

We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of our users or services.

Data Retention

LiveTunes is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will review the request.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
