Troubleshooting

Troube Downloading or Restoring Venues

If you are having trouble downloading venues or missing venues even after restoring, please use the following solution to resolve your issue:

1. Go to the in-app store in LiveTunes

2. Locate the missing venue in the list and make sure it is visible on the screen.

3. Hit 'Restore' and then 'OK' to initiate the downloads.

4. If a download indicator appears, the venue is downloading. If it does not appear and automatically says "INSTALLED" without an indicator, the download may have not occurred. If this happens, repeat the steps above until you see the download indicator appear next to the missing venue.

In some cases you may want to force quit the app and open it again before Restoring each time if a venue continues not to download.

Please note that this issue is more common with users who have purchased a lot of venues making the combined downloads rather large in size. Please be patient and use the above steps repeatedly until all venues have been completely downloaded.

Performance Tip:

Check to make sure you have at least 500mb to 1GB of available space on your device in Settings. This is the recommended available space suggested for optimal performance with all apps. It is especially recommended for the iPhone 4S and iPod Touch (5th gen.). This can help to prevent LiveTunes and other apps from crashing. It can also help your songs load faster in the Player and improve audio playback performance as well.

Using a Free Music Downloader app?

Your tracks must be in your iTunes library to play them in LiveTunes. If you use a Free Music Downloader app for your music, you may need to copy the files from that app to iTunes before they can be played in LiveTunes. Information on how to do this can usually be found inside the Free Music Downloader app or online.
